Who we are

Asset Wills is a family-owned company providing a friendly, efficient, affordable yet professional estate planning service including Will writing, Lasting Power of Attorney and Trusts.

Our commitment at Asset Wills is to ensure your assets and loved ones are protected by providing you with the best advice available with everything explained in plain and simple terms. Our high ethical values are reflected throughout our process.

We initially offer the opportunity to talk through your estate planning needs with a no pressure chat, should you wish to discuss things further we will arrange a free home or office visit at a time convenient to YOU. For your peace of mind we always encourage you to invite members of your family or friends to attend.

We have a fixed scale of fees for all our services which we will advise you of before you proceed. Preferential rates always given to Senior Citizens.

Asset Wills is a full member of the Society of Will Writers and Estate Practitioners and as such, all our Wills are covered by a two million pounds Indemnity Insurance for your reassurance and peace of mind.

To help those that keep saying “I’ll do it later” we will offer free secure Will storage for life. And if you ever do need to have your Will re-drafted, we guarantee it will never cost more than 25% of our then current Will price. In fact if the re-draft is simple enough there’s every chance we’ll do it for free.

So if your preference is for friendly, professional advice on protecting your assets and loved ones, but without a huge price tag, then please do get in touch, we are always happy to help.
