Asset Wills is a full member of the Society of Will Writers and Estate Practitioners and as such, all our Wills are covered by a two million pounds Indemnity Insurance for your reassurance and peace of mind.
To help those that keep saying “I’ll do it later” we will offer free secure Will storage for life. And if you ever do need to have your Will re-drafted, we guarantee it will never cost more than 25% of our then current Will price. In fact if the re-draft is simple enough there’s every chance we’ll do it for free.
So if your preference is for friendly, professional advice on protecting your assets and loved ones, but without a huge price tag, then please do get in touch, we are always happy to help.
A Will is a legal document that clearly sets out your wishes for the distribution of your estate after your death. Having a clear, legally valid and up-to-date Will is the best way to help ensure that your assets are protected and distributed according to your wishes.
mirror wills consist of two separate documents that are almost identical. The surviving partner is usually named as the beneficiary of the first death, and then the same beneficiaries on the original will are handed the estate upon the second person’s death.
